Where is my progress saved?

On your device. There's no account or cloud save, so deleting the app also deletes your progress.

How do I get more hints?

Tap the hint button when you're out, and you can watch a short video for 3 more hints. If no video is available, try again in a moment. It usually depends on your connection.

I watched a video but didn't get my hints.

Hints are added once the video has finished and closed. If they still didn't arrive, email us with roughly when it happened.

Do I have to fill every tile?

No. Connecting every color wins the level. Filling every tile earns all three stars.

How do I stop personalized ads?

Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and turn it off for Grid Lines. You'll still see ads, just less personalized ones. More in the privacy policy.

How do I turn off gameplay analytics?

In the game's Settings. The game stops sending statistics right away.
